Trem Caipira means "Country Train" . Back then, women farmers would work very hard, sunrise to sunset without any payment. All the money would go to the so called "head of the house". Many of these women would cook the best food and sell it to the travelers on the railroads tracks or train stops. These artisan way to cook have survived through the daughters, granddaughters and learners. I am one the granddaughters. Our proposal is to bring that magic to your table trough our food and inspire you to build up memories with your loved ones through food and experiences.
