When I was kid, my aunt Dalka would prepare us a fest, with many "hard to make" dishes, and for herself she would mix in bowl rice, beans, butternut squash, crispy squares of pork belly, top this mix with a over easy egg and fresh cut cilantro. What a divine meal! I recreated this dish at Trem caipira and named it after her. Served with a house salad.
